Madrid. Delivery. Quality systems. AI only where it earns the hour.
I'm Anton. I live in Madrid and work as Delivery Director at QATestLab across the EU. Day job: keep multi-programme QA delivery honest — people, clients, priorities, and the quality system underneath. Roughly five programmes. About 140 people. The week is rarely elegant. It is usually a set of clocks that all ring at once.
I spend most of my attention at one intersection: delivery leadership, quality systems, and AI in the SDLC. Not three separate hobbies. One problem. Can the organisation ship under load without lying to itself about risk — and can small AI loops remove grind without inventing confidence?
Who I work with: Heads of Delivery, Delivery Directors, and senior operators who already own real programmes and want clearer operating habits. Who I don't: teams hunting a vendor catalogue, anonymous case studies with fake logos, or an AI slide deck with no before/after. Conversation first. Packaging stays light on purpose.
Credibility, short version. Before this role I was a Program Director and grew a delivery organisation from about 35 people to around 80 across iGaming, PC and mobile games, and commercial apps. Earlier: programme delivery for a large fintech client (NDA — unnamed), and project management at ESL FACEIT on the FACEIT platform and tournaments. Same job in different clothes: match people to work without burning either side, and keep quality evidence attached to decisions.
Schooling: EMBA, Barcelona School of Economics; MSc Management & Computer Science. Languages: English, Spanish, Ukrainian, Russian.
One bounded example I will keep using carefully: a four-agent n8n system on 400+ test cases that cut a recurring weekly load from roughly ten hours to about one, with around 30% fewer errors on that path. Useful because the fence was clear and a human could check the output. That is the bar. Not magic.
